Prior to joining RCA Research, Amanda worked at the site level with North Carolina Retina Associates for 5 years. She worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator, Research Manager, and Director. During my time at North Carolina Retina Associates, she was able to lead the development of the research program which expanded to the opening of three research locations with her oversight and direction. While being the Director, North Carolina Retina Associates was chosen to represent RCA as a Center of Excellence in 2025.

As a Regional Research Director with RCA, Amanda supports the sites as an active liaison between sites and RCA, assisting with daily operations, site growth, management, and implementing processes to align with RCA's best operational practices.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Technical Management with a minor in Health Sciences. She is CCRP (SOCRA), COA, and OSC certified.
