Casey Schier serves as Senior Director of Finance for RCA, where he leads financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, operational reporting, and strategic finance initiatives across the organization's clinical research network.

Prior to joining RCA, Casey helped build and lead the finance function for a rapidly growing independent site management organization, where he developed financial infrastructure, implemented enterprise planning systems, and partnered with operational leaders to improve decision-making and support sustainable growth. He brings extensive experience in healthcare finance, financial modeling, operational analytics, and process improvement.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Casey is passionate about transforming financial data into actionable insights that help organizations scale efficiently and make better strategic decisions. He enjoys collaborating across teams to solve complex business challenges and support the continued growth of clinical research.
