Kalpana brings more than 20+ years’ experience directing multiple accounting and financial initiatives.

Kalpana is a highly motivated and detail-oriented accounting professional with extensive expertise in accounting principles, budgeting, and auditing. Known for excellent organizational and time management skills, she excels in implementing efficient procedures that ensure accurate financial forecasts. A team player and adept multi-tasker, Kalpana consistently meets tight deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and precision.

Before joining RCA Research, Kalpana was part of the largest retinal research center in the United States at Retina Consultants of Texas (now a key member of RCA Research) and brings over 10 years of research accounting experience, with almost 7 years of experience in Clinical Dermatology trials and 4 years in Ophthalmology Clinical trials. She looks forward to contributing to and being part of the ever-growing and evolving Retina Consultants of America. In her current role, she has been able to recover over 320K 2023 and over 800k 2024 net revenue for closing studies across multiple practices and have implemented month-end processes to reduce Accounts Receivables.

Kalpana recieved a Bachelor's of Financial Accounting from the University of Western Cape, South Africa.
